Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached and within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
How to make a return
Please fully complete the Returns Form you receive with your order.
- The item must be repacked, along with the returns form in the same condition as it was received.
- Return to the address detailed on the Returns Form
- We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. Invoco cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.
- Invoco does not cover the cost of returning the item
Refunds
If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, odour free with all tags attached) a refund will be processed no later than 30 days from the date Invoco received your returned goods
Invoco will not refund the cost of the original delivery fee
Exchanges
Please fully complete the Returns Form you receive with your order, stating which item(s) you wish to exchange and what for. Please post this form along with the items you wish to exchange.

- Invoco does not cover the cost of returning the item.
- We only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour.
- Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed.
- Once an exchange has been approved it will be sent out to you free of charge.
- If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to you.
- Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.
